TRANSPORTABALL WARRANTY Transportaball is pleased to offer this Limited Warranty for physical goods including the ballholding apparatus and its strap and components purchased from Transportaball. This limited warranty applies only to physical goods purchased from Transportaball. Only use Transportaball on grass or synthetic turf/grass. Other surfaces can scratch the paint. Do not use Transportaball while riding any form of transportation including bicycle, or motorcycle. What does this limited warranty cover? During the Warranty Period, this Limited Warranty covers any defects in the aluminum material, the bungee connections, the straps, and their components. Under normal use and maintenance, Transportaball will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective due to improper materials or workmanship. What will we do to correct problems?Transportaball will repair or replace the Product at no charge, using new replacement parts. How long does the coverage last? From the date of purchase, Transportaball offers a 3-year warranty on the ball holder, including aluminum parts and bungee cord connections. The strap and its components, including the buckle, are covered for six months. A replacement aluminum apparatus or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original apparatus or 3 years from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer. What does this limited warranty not cover? The Limited Warranty does not cover problems caused by: conditions, malfunctions, or damage not caused by a defect in material or workmanship. The warranty does not cover paint or decals. This warranty does not cover the connecting bag. What do you have to do? To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution. A copy of the original receipt from the date of purchase is required. This purchase must be documented with the cash receipt.
