Simple ball release
Step 1 -  Hold the bottom of each frame with each hand 
Step 2 - Spread the frame apart to release balls. 
 
Simple ball pickup
Pick up 1- hold ends with both hands, bring both hands together, and push down
Pick up 2 -Hold ends with both hands and push down from above.
Pick up 3-5 -  Follow this process for all the balls
